In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss your current state (noting the uniqueness of
your business) and then explore the following:

Current state - How are you, the team and the business tracking currently?

• The intention here is to determine how you are feeling currently about your
  business and discuss if you are stuck, overwhelmed, lonely or even frustrated.
  
• Succession Thinking™ is best done with a positive mindset, but the driver for
  exploring Succession Thinking™ generally comes from the pain of our current
  situation as business owners.

Where are you with respect to Role Clarity?

• Who are the vision custodians?
• What forms of ownership do you have? (passive / active / capital-call)
• Where do decision rights sit with respect to strategy and culture?
• What is your daily demand in operations?
• Do you design by individuals or teams?

Where are you with respect to Vision / Manifesto?

•  Do you have clarity of what your vision is and how it delivers to your personal aspirations?
• If you have clarity, is it being delivered?
• If you have multiple vision custodians, how do you construct an integrated vision to maintain alignment?
• What do you currently do to maintain Owner alignment and harmony?
